1. We all want connection, maybe we never had solid connection, or maybe we just want to build the kind of life that is open to more connection, but we all have the hardwiring for true connection. 
2. We are all individuals. We want to express our unique creativity, we want to be our authentic selves, and no one can do that but us! 
3. We are all watching each other. We choose to show our core values to each other by the way we behave, and hopefully we begin to attract what we model.
